Return Policy, Exchanges, & Shipping

Exchanges: Over Under Clothing accepts exchanges as long as the product is not custom, visibly worn or damaged. The exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please fill out the included return/exchange form for prompt processing. Omit Credit Card Information if the exchanged item is of equal/lesser value.

Returns: Over Under Clothing accepts returns for a refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through our company as long as the returned product is not customized, visibly worn, or damaged. For a refund, the original packing slip/order copy must be returned, along with the product, within 30 days of purchase. We are only able to issue a refund to the original form of payment. All sales of gift cards are final and are not eligible for return.

Damaged/Defective Items: Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at (904) 619-0577 or returns@overunderclothing.com and a representative will be glad to send you a shipping label to exchange or return your defective items. 

Shipping:

$8.00 flat rate shipping consists of USPS priority mail for all goods ordered anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.*Typical Priority Mail is 3-5 business days to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Please allow 6-8 business days for production prior to shipment on any CUSTOM order.

We fulfill orders Monday through Friday only, within 1-3 business days after the order is placed (excluding customized orders). While we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, this is a general guideline.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once your package departs our warehouse with the carrier, Over Under Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Occasionally packages will be marked as "delivered" prior to their arrival. While this is quite rare, the package will typically deliver within 24 hours of this occurrence. If your package is lost/stolen or marked as delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS) for further assistance.
